They are constructed from investment analysis and selection in individual securities that will meet the right balance of risk and projected growth to best meet each client’s goals. Additionally, portfolio construction will consider the tax circumstances that are unique to every client.

Unlike larger firms, you won’t find products with additional fees at GKV Capital. All analysis is done in house by GKV Capital portfolio managers. In our view, a long-term ideal portfolio formula does not exist. A mix of asset classes- bonds or stocks or real-estate and various sectors of the economy will depend on the current economic environment and outlook.
