Clients of GKV have the option occasionally to participate in limited partnership real-estate opportunities. These partnerships are formed as compelling investments in real property are identified by the firm. Less than 6% of total assets under management are invested in real-estate partnerships. Currently GKV has several partnerships in operation, the largest of which primarily invests clients funds in the construction of luxury single family homes in Reno, Nevada. Real estate investments generally comprise only a small portion of a client’s total assets managed by GKV Capital. Existing real estate partnerships are seldom open to new partners. New partnerships are generally formed if attractive real estate investments are found which are compatible with a client’s objectives and asset diversification.
